Returns
All returns must be shipped out within 7 business days from receiving our Return/Exchange form via email.
All incorrect and/or defective items must be reported to us within 14 days from receiving your order.
Shipping fees and other fees that may occur during the return process are responsible by the customer; LAYER is not responsible for these fees.
However, LAYER will be held responsible for shipping fees and taxes in case the customer receives incorrect for defected item(s).
Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us.
Returned item(s) must be in new/original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Returns and exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).
Refund
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment (PayPal).
PayPal refund processes may take up to 14 business days upon LAYER receiving the item(s).

Exchange and Refund will not be applied to:
The case that item(s) damaged or contaminated from the original condition.
The case that tag or package damaged from the original condition.
The case that marked as 'No exchange / refund' in the product page.
The case that item is washed or repaired.
When the item is not available to re-sell.
Paper material accessories (ex: cards, postcards, books, poster), Underwear and Swimwear.
Please mark outside of the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges.
We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
