LAYER offers multiple brands curated carefully in-house, and handles all orders very carefully. 

If you are unsatisfied with the order placed or receive incorrect/defected item(s), our customer service center will try its best to solve the issue. 

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays excluding National Holidays. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on www.fedex.com. 

Payment and Delivery

You can purchase(pay) via PayPal. All items will be shipped from Seoul, South Korea.

Your shipping cost will be auto calculated at your check-out page. We offer free shipping for purchases that exceed $300.00 total. 

The order will be shipped out within 5 to 8 business days after the payment is verified. 

Delivery terms

If you’ve placed an order for a “pre-order” item, the item will be shipped out on the indicated date. All orders are considered completed once the payment is verified, and will be shipped out within 5 to 8 days after verification.  

Order Cancellations

In order to cancel your order, please contact LAYER via e-mail/customer service number/Q&A Board, and we a representative will get back to you shortly. Refunds for returned items will be processed after the items are received by LAYER, given that the items are returned under acceptable conditions.
